Recruiting Specialist

You will be working as a Recruiting Specialist at Accenture, a global professional services company with expertise in digital, cloud, and security solutions across various industries. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, your role will involve improving workforce performance, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Strategic development and operation of Recruitment services including Workforce planning, Sourcing, Screening, and onboarding - Leading and influencing the delivery of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) operational activities - Maintaining a strong knowledge of Operational best practices - Delivery of Recruitment Dashboards and overall maintenance of Recruitment services - Managing HR Information Systems, HR Project Management Office, Vendor Management, Continuous Improvement, HR budgets, and Service Management activities - Assessing current and future talent needs, identifying mission-critical workforces, understanding key workforce skills and competencies, and addressing talent gaps **Qualifications Required:** - Any Graduation - 7 to 11 years of experience in End to End Recruitment, preferably in Domestic/International markets and US/Canada recruitment - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Job boards, and Human Capital Management (HCM) tools In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and solving moderately complex problems, creating new solutions, understanding senior management's strategic direction, managing small teams, and interacting with clients and internal stakeholders. You will need to meet or exceed primary and secondary metrics defined in client agreements, manage client interactions, mentor recruiters, lead process improvement initiatives, address performance issues, and ensure smooth project operations.
