Job Description

As a Recruiting Specialist at Accenture, your role involves playing a key part in the AIOC Recruitment Process. This includes identifying hiring needs, creating job descriptions to attract candidates, conducting talent searches, screening and shortlisting candidates, interviewing, selecting suitable candidates, and facilitating their smooth onboarding into the organization. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with expertise in Recruiting Systems and Recruitment Process Design. You should possess the ability to establish strong client relationships, effectively manage multiple stakeholders, collaborate well within a team, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, strong problem-solving abilities are essential for this position. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing and solving moderately complex problems. You may need to innovate by creating new solutions or adapting existing methods and procedures. It is crucial to have a clear understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management in alignment with team goals. Your primary interactions will be with your direct supervisor, and you may also engage with peers or management levels at clients or within Accenture. Guidance will be available when determining approaches for new assignments, and decisions made by you will significantly impact the team. If in an individual contributor role, you may manage small teams or work efforts at clients or within Accenture. Please take note that this role may entail working in rotational shifts.
