About The Role

Designation: Recruiting Specialist
Qualifications:Any Graduation

What would you do?
Communicate high-level, recruitment approach to deliver against the quarterly recruitment forecast. Enable recruitment solution users. Create approved requisition. Define hiring and sourcing approach for position. Conduct internal sourcing - post requisition. Conduct internal & external sourcing. Conduct external sourcing - Recruitment events (such as job fairs). Develop list of candidates to be screened. Automated Candidate Screening (Interactive Voice Response (IVR) - Perform automated scoring exercise. Candidate Screening & Assessment - Perform standard screen (telephone). Conduct hiring manager assessment. New Joiner Hiring. Provide recruitment administrative support and analysis.Candidates with End to End Recruitment experience - Domestic/International MarketAssess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.What are we looking for?

    Roles and Responsibilities: Key responsibilities:1. Operates with a large degree of autonomy and independence. Plans and prioritizes complex activities for own work and/or a small team. May supervise a small team.2. Uses judgment to make a variety of decisions, some complex in nature. Decisions predominately affect own team3. Serves as a key contact for customers/clients to address service issues related to own work efforts/ deliverables and work of less experienced incumbents, when necessary.4. Adapts existing methods and procedures, arranges information in new ways to create possible alternative solutions to problems, some of which are complex. Occasionally seeks guidance to resolve complex problems.5. Applies thorough knowledge of a professional or technical field, through considerable role related experience OR applies to the highest level of administrative knowledge and skills.
  • Note for Sourcing - Candidate meets the educational, industry & role specific experience criteria to be put across HR screening. Preferred to have lived in or at least visited the US, or must have visited the US/client as part of prior work experience. Must work US day/India night hours
  • Note for HR Screening - Candidate meets the sourcing criteria & within the standard compensation bracket for the role, basic communication skills to be put through for written assessment
  • Note for Ops Interview - Candidate nearer to the target on skill/knowledge required should be put on hold and considered again depending on the pipeline of the resources available to meet the hiring targets
  • Note for Offer Management - Candidates fit the role requirement but above the standard compensation offered should be referred to delivery/transition lead for decision
