Recruiting Specialist

As a Recruitment Specialist, your role involves discussing and establishing qualification requirements and terms and conditions of employment with managers. You will be responsible for formulating detailed job descriptions and posting them, conducting phone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates, and interviewing candidates on the shortlist. Additionally, you will maintain a database on employees for future vacancies and mediate between candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: - Use web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends and post job vacancies - Follow up with candidates during the hiring process - Produce reports on hiring plans and strategies - Measure the results of candidate interviews and job placements using hiring metrics software - Revise HR policies and ensure that fair employment practices are implemented - Analyze recruitment software and the performance of recruitment agencies, recommending improvements or changes Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in recruitment or HR - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with web-based technology and social media platforms - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities In this role, you will be working full-time with permanent employment, and fresher candidates are also welcome to apply.
