Job Description

  1. Manpower Planning

    • Identify current and future hiring needs in coordination with department heads and management.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational requirements.
  2. End-to-End Recruitment Process

    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
    • Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate technical or final interviews.
    • Ensure timely closure of all open positions.
  3. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

    • Use multiple channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives to attract qualified candidates.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and frequently hired roles.
  4. Documentation & Compliance

    • Ensure all recruitment processes follow company policies and statutory guidelines.
    • Maintain proper documentation including job descriptions, interview notes, candidate evaluations, and joining forms.
  5. Employer Branding

    • Promote and enhance the organizations brand through recruitment campaigns.
    • Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and campus selections.
  6. Onboarding & Induction Support

    • Coordinate with HR and operations teams for smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
    • Ensure completion of induction, documentation, and joining formalities.
  7. Coordination & Communication

    • Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
    • Liaise with team leaders and managers to understand role requirements and provide hiring updates.
  8. Retention & Workforce Analysis

    • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
    • Analyze trends in attrition and provide inputs for workforce planning.
  9. Team Management

    • Lead and guide recruitment executives or sourcing teams to achieve hiring targets.
    • Train team members on interview skills, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools.
  10. Continuous Improvement

    • Identify gaps in recruitment processes and implement improvements.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices.
