Job Description

As a Recruiting Lead at Oliver Wyman, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for candidates at all levels in India. You will have the opportunity to shape the recruitment strategy for the India market, collaborate closely with the recruiting team, and work directly with Partners and senior internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting processes for experienced hire-level candidates across multiple searches. - Independently drive and execute recruiting for Entry Level positions in India, while also providing support to other regions when necessary. - Design and implement innovative strategies tailored to the Indian market to attract, engage, and secure top talent. - Build and nurture talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building with potential candidates. - Maintain effective communication and relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates. - Oversee the internal employee referral program, ensuring timely responses and proper candidate tracking. - Take ownership of special projects focused on improving the recruiting process, training initiatives, and other human capital projects. - Analyze recruiting season results, including survey data, source and diversity statistics, and business feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative changes periodically. **Qualifications Required:** - At least 6+ years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced client services business environment. - Experience in hiring across all levels, particularly in professional services or client-driven environments in India. - Proven track record in hiring talent within strategy consulting, with good knowledge of market trends, competitors, and talent availability in India. - Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships in a dynamic and complex matrix structure. - Proficiency in developing and utilizing analytics to make informed recommendations and decisions. As a Recruiting Lead at Oliver Wyman, you are expected to possess outstanding organization and time management skills, along with the ability to handle multiple deliverables simultaneously. Your strong stakeholder management and communication skills will be crucial in this role. Additionally, your proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel, attention to detail, and ability to convey narratives through data and research will be highly valued. You should have a strong sense of ownership, be proactive in driving change, and be able to collaborate effectively to prioritize requests and work with minimal direction. Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems, as well as a creative and adaptable mindset, will be essential for success in this role.
