We are looking for an experienced **Lead Recruiter** to join our team in **Hi-Tech City**. The ideal candidate will have **8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience**, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring recruitment teams, driving talent acquisition strategies, and delivering quality hires across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle

* Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs

* Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and networking

* Manage and mentor a team of recruiters

* Ensure timely and quality hiring across departments

* Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 8 years of experience in IT/non-IT recruitment

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* Experience using ATS and recruitment tools

* Strong understanding of hiring trends and market insights
