Role Description

We are looking for a Recruiting Intern

Full training will be provided

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in screening and scheduling interviews
• Communicate professionally and courteously with candidates
• Support the recruitment strategy and maintain candidate databases
• Help coordinate onboarding activities
• Assist in conducting orientation or training sessions for new hires

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate or a final-year college student
• Based in Delhi NCR
• Must have a

  professional command over English

  and possess

  pleasant, friendly communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Proficiency in MS Office

  and

  Google Sheets

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and manage remote tasks effectively

• Prior experience in interviewing or conducting training sessions is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
