About the Role:

HR Recruiter


Key Responsibilities:

Bulk Hiring & Sourcing:

  • Manage high-volume recruitment for front-line sales roles across multiple locations
  • Use job portals, referrals, social media, and field sourcing for talent acquisition

Telecalling & Screening:

  • Conduct 80–100 calls daily to screen candidates for job fit and availability
  • Schedule interviews and follow up for turnouts and closures

Coordination & Closure:

  • Coordinate interviews with internal hiring teams
  • Ensure timely offer rollout and joining formalities

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain daily recruitment tracker and update progress reports
  • Handle basic HR documentation and pre-joining compliance


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in sales & trainer
  • Strong communication and telecalling skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
