As a Recruitment Executive at Aarvi Encon Limited, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill various job positions. Your primary goal will be to identify qualified candidates who meet the requirements of our clients and ensure a seamless recruitment process. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in any field and possess 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field. You will need to have a good understanding of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing techniques, and evaluation methods. As part of our team, you will enjoy a flexible work schedule with all Sundays off and 2nd & 4th Saturdays off. On other Saturdays, you will work until 05:00 PM. This arrangement allows for a healthy work-life balance and provides you with the opportunity to recharge and rejuvenate.
