Position Profile

Weaver India, LLP is looking for a Recruiting Supervisor or Manager to join our growing operations team! The Recruiting Supervisor or Manager plans, executes and manages the recruiting plan for the firm. This includes coordinating and managing candidate interviews, correspondence, job postings, candidate screening and sourcing, records and datamanagement, and pre-hire processing. As a Recruiting Supervisor or Manager you will have both internal and external-facing relationships with all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Generate talented candidates that fit our required qualifications and core values
  • Review applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews for candidates
  • Participate in building network to expand Weavers brand by partnering with Campus
  • Document candidate activity to provide weekly/monthly reports to management
  • Develop knowledge of the marketplace and the firms various services lines
  • Ability to work on other verticals of HR as needed

Education and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and assignments
  • Experience in recruiting for public accounting firms preferred
  • Strong relationship management and practice development skills
