Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located in Tiruchirappalli. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process. The role also involves coordinating job postings, evaluating candidate qualifications, and maintaining candidate databases. The Recruiter will need to ensure that all hiring activities comply with relevant employment laws and company policies.
