Are you a seasoned tech recruiter who thrives on thoughtful assessment and structured evaluation?

Prismforce (www.prismforce.com)—a Series A funded Vertical SaaS company—is hiring Contract Tech Recruiters to join our team on a flexible, short-term basis.

This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for recruiters who bring rigor to interviews and enjoy documenting what others miss.

📍 Location: Bangalore

📅 Duration: 3 months Contract

What You’ll Do:

• Review interview recordings and transcripts
• Tag responses against competency frameworks
• Annotate low-signal or ambiguous answers
• Provide qualitative notes to sharpen rubric precision

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years in recruiting or candidate evaluation
• Strong documentation and behavioral analysis skills
• Comfort working independently within structured systems
• Plus: Familiarity with annotation tools or AI-based scoring systems
