Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting potential candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. The Recruiter will also handle the creation and publication of job ads, maintain databases, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing and attracting candidates using various methods
• Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates
• Skills in coordinating hiring processes and collaborating with hiring managers
• Ability to create and publish job ads effectively
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain comprehensive candidate databases
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
