Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Senior Executive - Synthesis. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing synthesis processes, developing and optimizing synthesis methods, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting experiments, analyzing data, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of organic synthesis, chemical processes, and laboratory techniques
• Experience in developing and optimizing synthesis methods
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
