Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive - Synthesis at Titan Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day synthesis operations, managing production processes, coordinating with the R&D team, and ensuring quality control throughout the manufacturing process. Qualifications Experience in pharmaceutical formulation and synthesis Knowledge of Sustained & Modified Release Pellets, DC Granules, & Taste Masked Granules Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and team management skills Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field Experience with regulatory compliance standards is a plus Show more Show less
