Recruiter Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities

Source, screen, and engage candidates for various roles through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Create compelling job postings and manage recruitment campaigns.
Schedule and coordinate interviews in
USA time zones
with hiring managers.
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' suitability based on job requirements.
Ensure a seamless onboarding process for selected candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential hires.
Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Work with hiring managers to refine job requirements and ensure optimal talent fit.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
Any graduate degree (no specific field required).
Experience:
Freshers or candidates with recruitment experience are welcome.
Skills:
