Job Description: ClientsDemos is looking for a Recruiter Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad . This role is ideal for individuals who can handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate outreach, interview coordination, and onboarding. The recruiter will primarily work with clients in various industries, including entertainment and digital services , ensuring smooth hiring processes in alignment with USA time zones . We are looking for a highly professional and adaptable individual who can work in a dynamic hiring environment, managing recruitment for a diverse range of roles, including those in the online content and digital entertainment sector. Role & responsibilities Source, screen, and engage candidates for various roles through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms. Create compelling job postings and manage recruitment campaigns. Schedule and coordinate interviews in USA time zones with hiring managers. Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' suitability based on job requirements. Ensure a seamless onboarding process for selected candidates. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential hires. Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Work with hiring managers to refine job requirements and ensure optimal talent fit. Preferred candidate profile Education: Any graduate degree (no specific field required). Experience: Freshers or candidates with recruitment experience are welcome. Skills: Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) . Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively. Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and sourcing techniques. Professional and adaptable approach to recruiting across various industries. Willingness to work flexible hours to align with USA time zones .
