About The Role

We are seeking dynamic and result-driven recruitment professionals to join our growing team. The roles include a

Recruiter

with at least 2 years of experience handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, and a

Talent Acquisition Lead

with 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, along with team leadership exposure. Both roles are ideal for candidates from a service-oriented background, adept at working in fast-paced, people-centric environments.

Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
Use job boards, social media, referrals, and networks to attract talent.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and maintain candidate pipelines.
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

Talent Acquisition Lead

Drive the talent acquisition strategy aligning with business goals.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters.
Build and maintain relationships with business leaders and external partners.
Enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management.

Skills & Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within service industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Proficiency with ATS tools and recruitment technologies.
Leadership skills (for Talent Acquisition Lead), with experience managing a team.
