Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and hiring.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial phone/video screenings and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and culture fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain candidate data and recruitment metrics through ATS or internal systems.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Knowledge on using Google suites
