Job Description

Responsibilities:

Review and validate audio-visual recordings to ensure data quality and accuracy.
Analyze reviewed data and provide actionable insights to enhance AI system performance.
Verify or correct system-generated labels to maintain model accuracy.
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to contribute to continuous improvement of model quality and outcomes.
Maintain consistency and accuracy while meeting defined performance and quality targets.

Requirements:

12 years of experience in risk, compliance, or related analytical roles.
Strong understanding of the hiring process and associated risks.
Proficiency in analytical tools such as MS Excel and Google Sheets for data interpretation and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results under deadlines with resilience and adaptability.
Bachelor's degree in Science or Technology and post-graduation in Human Resources or a related field.
