Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Source candidates through job portals, databases, networking, references, and social media.

  • Screen and evaluate candidates to match client requirements.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients.

  • Maintain strong communication with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

  • Ensure timely closures of open positions within set SLAs.

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

  • Maintain recruitment MIS and reports for management review.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in

    end-to-end recruitment, preferably in staffing or consulting firms.

  • Strong sourcing skills using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

  • Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Good understanding of various industries and job functions.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Education

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
