Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates as per organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from department heads
  
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
  
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
  
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate data
  
• Handle offer letters, negotiation, and joining formalities
  
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners
  
• Meet hiring targets within defined timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
  
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or HR Executive
  
• Knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
  
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation

• 0.6 3 years of recruitment experience
