Travel Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent sales ability, and the skills to design seamless travel experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Research destinations, prices, travel options, and cultural requirements.
• Understand client preferences and recommend tailored travel packages.
• Manage end-to-end bookings including flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Provide clients with guides, maps, and travel-related information.
• Handle client queries, cancellations, and refund processes professionally.
• Promote and upsell tour packages using effective sales techniques.
• Stay updated on tourism trends and attend relevant industry events.
• Maintain accurate client records, financial documents, and booking details.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Travel Consultant / Travel Advisor / Travel Agent.
• Strong knowledge of reservation systems (GDS, CRS, e-travel software).
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of both domestic and international travel (business and leisure).
• Ability to handle crisis situations with professionalism.
• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Personal travel experience is an added benefit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
