Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for FMCG Sales hiring and Non-IT Business hiring positions across various levels and industries.
Source candidates through multiple channels job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen candidates, evaluate, and shortlist candidates (manage end-to-end recruitment processes) based on client needs.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates for long-term engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

2-6 years of experience in
FMCG Sales hiring
and
Non-IT Business hiring.
We are open for 3-4 positions.
We are looking for candidates who can join us in 15-30 days.
