Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Recruiter role located in Surat. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill job vacancies within our client companies. Key tasks include developing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, coordinating with hiring managers, and building strong relationships with potential candidates. The Recruiter will also ensure a seamless hiring process and contribute to workforce planning efforts. Active participation in career fairs and networking events is also expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with hiring managers and candidates
• Ability to maintain and update candidate databases
• Experience with workforce planning and strategic human resource management
• Proven ability to build relationships and network within the industry
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools
• Previous experience in HR consulting and management consulting is beneficial
