Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and other innovative methods.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment tracking system.
• Handle offer negotiations and coordinate onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track hiring metrics and provide recruitment reports as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
