The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates for various cleaning positions. Daily tasks involve screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with team leads, and managing the hiring process from start to finish. The Recruiter will also play a key role in onboarding new employees and ensuring a seamless integration into the company. Qualifications Experience in Talent Sourcing, Interviewing, and Candidate Screening Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Recruitment Software Organizational and Time Management Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets Experience in the cleaning or service industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
