Location: Vashhi , Navi mumbai Job Summary: We are hiring Junior Recruitment Consultants to handle sourcing, screening, and closing candidates. This is a target-based role in a consultancy setup with performance incentives. 6 days working, office timings 10 am to 7 pm reporting to the Team lead Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviews, closures. Candidate engagement and client coordination. Use job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals for talent sourcing. Track daily/weekly performance and reports. Requirements: Graduate degree, 0–2 years experience in recruitment/sales preferred. Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing. Strong communication skills in English.
