Job Description

• Source & attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match job requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and close positions efficiently.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and report hiring progress regularly.
• Support employer branding through job fairs, campus drives, and digital outreach.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor regulations.
