Greetings from MS Agarwal Foundries! We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive specializing in Non-IT recruitment to join our HR team. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. This includes tasks such as sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, handling documentation, and facilitating the selection process. One of the key responsibilities of this role is to ensure the timely closure of open positions across various departments and organizational levels. Additionally, candidates should be proficient in maintaining daily MIS reports and recruitment trackers to streamline the recruitment process effectively. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and dedicated to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong organizational skills are essential for managing candidate documentation and maintaining accurate and organized filing systems. Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and internal HR tools for recruitment documentation and process automation is preferred.
