Role & responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Source candidates using job portals, social media, and networking Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams Evaluate applicants for skills, experience, and cultural fit Extend job offers and handle negotiation processes Support on-boarding of new hires Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws Represent the company at job fairs and hiring events Preferred candidate profile: Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi Proficient in using job portals for sourcing candidates Experienced in screening resumes, shortlisting profiles, and coordinating interviews Knowledge of job posting techniques across various platforms Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently Immediate joiner preferred
