Job Summary

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service / Call Center roles

Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews

Assess candidates on communication skills, attitude, and role suitability

Coordinate interview schedules with operations/team leaders

Salary Negotiation & Offers

Discuss and negotiate salary, incentives, and joining timelines with candidates

offer letters

Ensure offer acceptance and follow-up till joining

Documentation & On-boarding

Collect and verify all pre-joining documents (KYC, education, experience letters, bank details, etc.)

Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records

Coordinate with HR/Admin for smooth on-boarding and induction

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field

BPO / Customer Service hiring

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing methods

Ability to meet hiring targets within timelines

Basic knowledge of HR documentation and compliance
