Job Description

Role Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding. Source and attract candidates using various channels, including job boards and social media. Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the process. Maintain an up-to-date database of candidate information and recruitment metrics. Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Provide recommendations for improving the recruitment process and candidate experience. Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote company openings. Assist in creating job descriptions and determining interview criteria. Facilitate pre-employment assessments and background checks. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor regulations and company policies. Collaborate with the HR team to implement retention strategies and optimize team dynamics. Monitor industry trends and competitor practices for recruitment strategy enhancement. Utilize HR software for applicant tracking and reporting purposes. Prepare and present recruitment strategies and metrics to management.
