Recruiter + HROps Specialist

Role Overview: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, an analytical thinker, and a skilled multi-tasker who can handle stressful situations with a smile. Your role as a people-first HR professional at VaynerMedia in India involves managing the recruitment life cycle, providing day-to-day HR support, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Your main focus will be on strategic talent acquisition (70%) and HR operations & business support (30%). Key Responsibilities: - Live and breathe the talent acquisition and management process in the India region, from spotting unicorns to hiring and onboarding - Manage recruitment life cycle with a candidate-first approach - Design ideal candidate profiles and recruitment plans reflecting Vayner values - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create recruitment strategies - Identify amazing talents for media, creative, production, and strategy teams in APAC - Build talent pipelines for hard-to-find skills and niche roles - Review resumes, identify qualified talent, and schedule candidates - Manage candidate experience and guide them through the recruiting life-cycle - Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns - Facilitate smooth onboarding and manage offboarding procedures - Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws - Assist with performance review cycles and maintain accurate employee records Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced agency - Experience in sourcing and recruiting for diverse roles - Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude - Sound judgment, discretion, and hunger for great work - Genuine belief in bringing your full self to work every day Note: VaynerMedia values problem-solving and entrepreneurship, creating a startup-like environment with opportunities to work with big brands and collaborate with a talented team.,
