Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience in technical hiring, preferably in IT, Data Science, Engineering, or related domains, to join us on a 3-month contract basis in Ahmedabad. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes for multiple roles, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment experience that aligns with our business needs. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for technical and non-technical positions. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Utilize multiple channels including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract top talent. Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics to ensure timely fulfillment of open positions. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams. Assist in creating job descriptions, interview questions, and candidate assessment criteria. Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices throughout the hiring process. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably in technical domains such as Data Science, Engineering, IT, or Software Development. Proven ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
