Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle and help us identify, attract, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of sourcing techniques, and the ability to build trusting relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback. Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Handle offer negotiations, issue offer letters, and support onboarding processes. Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
