Adhering quality management system and continious improvement. Preferred candidate profile Must have min 5 years experience in CAM Programming. GD&T knowledge is must. Drawing interpretation skills. Experience in Turning and Milling (upto 3 axis strategy is must). Experience in Machining of Aluminium and its alloys, Stainless steel and its alloys, Low alloy steel, Inconel and Titanium etc. Experience in VMC, Turning center and VTL. Experience in AS9100 Rev D documentation. Knowledge on Siemens/Fanuc/ Heidenhain controller.
Role & responsibilities Purchase activities reviewing PRS, Releasing Purchase order to import supplier. Follow up with supplier for On Time delivery and Communicate Supplier performance rating and arranging CAPA for supplier rating. New supplier - Get quote and lead time for Contract review and negotiation and order release and Initial Evaluation Audit follow-up. In charge for Procurement of all import items ( Oil & Gas ) Sending RFQ for CR and placing Purchase orders for New Items. Review MRP & PRS on a daily basis and release Purchase orders. Sending purchase orders along with necessary documents. Downloading Test report from Portal suppliers. Coordinate with the QA Dept for Test certificate clarifications on daily basis. Review of Import Open orders daily and forward open orders to suppliers on a weekly basis and if any critical follow-up daily basis through Mail and Conn Call (Teams) Sending Correspondence to the import suppliers for Supplier performance Rating and CAR/PAR Follow-ups. Forward ECN changes to concerned suppliers and getting acceptance. Coordinate with Forwarder and Clearance Agent Regarding Organizing shipment on daily basis. Coordinate with HO with respect to payment against Performa and shipments details and Bank details verification. Communicate with supplier regarding rejection and arrange for replacement or credit note and RMA letter Coordinate with stores for returning the rejected materials to relevant suppliers SPDR materials Sending RFQ for Import Capital Items and Releasing Purchase Orders for Capital Expenditures for import Sending RFQ to suppliers. Communications to all Suppliers.
