We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team in Kolkata From Bajaj Life Company Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. and handle a Team.

Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and other recruitment channels
Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates
Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. or (any Graduate)
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with social media recruiting and online job boards
