Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Create and post job advertisements on job boards, career pages, and social media.
  • Source potential candidates through databases, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial interviews (phone/video/in-person).
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
  • Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Conduct reference and background checks as required.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring programs as needed.
