Job Description

Role & responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build recruitment plans Create, post, and refresh job descriptions and advertisements on job boards, career pages, and social media. Source candidates through job portals. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews; manage candidate communications and feedback's. Conduct reference and background checks and extend job offers, negotiate compensation, and guide candidates through the on-boarding process. Monitor recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline status) and generate regular reports. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree. Proven experience (typically 2+ years) as a recruiter (in-house or agency) (Not applicable for Freshers) Strong interviewing skills (phone, video, structured, competency-based) Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities Sound judgment and decision-making skills
