The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified candidates for various internal roles within our growing organization. This is a crucial role that directly contributes to our success by ensuring we have the right talent to serve our clients effectively. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment progress. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends, best practices, and labor market conditions. Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events as needed. Contribute to employer branding initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as a Recruiter, preferably within the education, consultancy, or immigration sector. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Familiarity with the foreign education or visa consultancy industry is a plus. Residing in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate. Drafting and vetting various Agreements, including NDAs, IT Service Outsourcing, Vendor Contracts, IPR License Agreement, Data Processing Agreement, Customer Contracts, Shareholder’s Agreement, Drafting of Investor and Shareholder’s Communications, Issuance and Replies of Notices and other communications. 2. Vendor Agreement compliances, contract life cycle management, 3. Drafting, formulating & compliance of various organizational Policies as may be required including HR policies, ESOP Policies, Information Technology policies etc. 4. Compliance with IRDAI guidelines/act, FEMA, UIDAI, RBI, CISA, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 26000, ISO 22301 etc. 5. Compliance with applicable laws including, Employment related laws, Companies Act, Data Privacy (as may be enacted in India), IRDAI Regulations / Acts vendor/customer obligations etc. 6. ROC Compliances and Conduct of AGM, EGM, Board Meeting etc. 7. Preparation of Agenda, Board Meeting Compliance, Minutes preparation etc., 8. Preparation and Maintenance of Statutory Registers as may be applicable to the Company. 9. Risk Identification & Mitigation. 10. IPR Documentation, Registration and maintenance. 11.
