About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Recruiter to join our team on an immediate basis. This role is crucial in helping us identify and onboard top talent across various functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive in sourcing, skilled in stakeholder communication, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Location: Noida (Only Local candidate) Work Mode: Hybrid Experience: 3–5 Years Availability: Immediate Type: Contract (Initial 6 Months) Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Strong focus on sourcing profiles through job portals, social media, and other channels Coordinate and manage interviews with hiring managers and candidates Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process Collaborate with cross-functional teams for hiring requirements Key Requirements: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in Non IT/Tech roles. Strong sourcing abilities using LinkedIn, Naukri, internal databases, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple open roles simultaneously Immediate availability to join Prior experience in contract hiring is a plus Additional Information: We are an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer.
