Job Title: Recruiter Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our HR_DWS department. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment and a strong understanding of the hiring process. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the organization. Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies Source potential candidates through online job boards, social media, and networking events Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages with selected candidates Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to attract top talent Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of employment laws and regulations If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for recruitment, we would love to hear from you.
