Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced non-tech recruiter to join our People Operations team, based in Bengaluru or Chennai, India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various non-technical roles at DevRev. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, understanding business needs, and implementing effective recruitment strategies to build a diverse and skilled workforce.

Responsibilities:

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain regular communication to ensure alignment on hiring priorities, timelines, and candidate profiles.
Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:
- Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.
- Conduct proactive talent searches, networking, and outreach to build a robust pipeline of potential candidates.
Candidate Evaluation and Screening:
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates qualifications against job requirements.
- Provide insightful recommendations to hiring managers, ensuring a high-quality candidate selection process.
Interview Coordination:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with interview panels to gather feedback and make informed hiring decisions.
Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing:
- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives.
- Create engaging job descriptions and collaborate with marketing teams for effective recruitment marketing.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience as recruiter (non-tech) in the technology industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience working in a global company is a plus.
