Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will attract top talent, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and help build a strong employer brand for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand manpower requirements for various roles by coordinating with department heads.
• Write and post job descriptions on relevant portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
• Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain candidate data in the database for future hiring needs.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates at every stage.
• Negotiate salary and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Assist in building the employer brand through positive candidate experiences.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and prepare weekly hiring status reports.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Proven experience (6 months – 3 years) as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role.
• Familiarity with job portals and professional social networks (LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and databases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
