We are looking for a Recruiter cum Field Executive who can manage end-to-end recruitment while also providing on-ground operational support at client sites. This role involves manpower sourcing, screening, and onboarding, along with coordinating staff deployment across hospitality service locations.
Key Skills
• Recruitment & sourcing expertise (blue-collar + support roles). • Strong knowledge of hospitality/facility services sector hiring. • Familiarity with bulk and mid-level hiring. • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle high-volume hiring within deadlines. • Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Workinda,Naukri, Indeed, Shine, etc.). • Strong field management & coordination ability. • Fluency in Hindi/English/Marathi (local language preferred). • Good local sourcing networks.
