Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and manage various legal
agreements
including client contracts, vendor agreements, service-level agreements (SLAs), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), Drafting of affidavits.
Handle legal documentation and compliance related to
government tenders
, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
Ensure all agreements comply with legal and regulatory standards applicable to the Facility Management industry.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments for agreement execution and dispute resolution if required.
Should have knowledge of court procedure and be able to act as a nodal officer in the court matters.
Should have knowledge of Contract law & Labour Law
Should have knowledge of computer and its operation, typing (English, Hindi & Marathi) on his own.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
1 to 4 years of experience handling corporate legal matters, preferably in facility management or a related sector.
Strong understanding of tender processes, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail and legal precision.
