Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Recruitment Coordinator to support our end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline by actively engaging with colleges and institutes, coordinating hiring activities, and supporting recruitment strategy execution. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements, and a solid understanding of the job market.

Role & responsibilities

  • Plan and execute college and institute outreach programs, including campus visits, career fairs, and placement drives, to build a strong candidate pool
  • Establish and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, training institutes, and placement cells
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support
  • Assist in creating and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with organizational hiring needs
  • Manage and prioritize multiple open requirements simultaneously while meeting timelines
  • Source candidates through various channels such as campuses, job portals, referrals, and networking
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and candidate records
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide regular hiring updates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Required Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, institutions, and internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work on multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of the job market, hiring trends, and candidate availability
  • Willingness to travel for college and institute visits as required
  • Experience in campus hiring or recruitment coordination
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
