We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Recruiter to lead and manage the talent acquisition process across departments and locations. This role is focused exclusively on sourcing, screening, and stakeholder alignment , ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates who align with our requirements and company culture. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and niche roles across departments and locations. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, team dynamics, and role expectations. Create tailored sourcing strategies and pipelines using various tools, platforms, and networking events. Build and maintain a strong employer brand that resonates with target candidate demographics. Maintain a deep understanding of the tech talent landscape to proactively identify and attract suitable candidates. Recommend and implement initiatives to improve employer brand visibility within the right candidate pools. Manage scheduling, candidate communications, and feedback coordination between recruiters and hiring managers. Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time to fill, pipeline health, candidate quality). Qualifications: Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on technical hiring . Experience in recruiting for multi-location or distributed teams is a plus. Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills. Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to assess candidate-company fit beyond just technical qualifications. Preferred Candidature: Experience in a high-growth startup or tech-driven environment. Exposure to hiring strategies focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Familiarity with market mapping and competitive talent research.
